  • The owner directory is now on the owner pages.  This is being provided to allow better communication between owners and staff.  We have only listed owners that have given us permission to publish their information.  We would like the directory to be as complete as possible so if you would like to be included in the directory, please send and email to the office giving your permission.  kpvill@tscnet.com
  • Link to confidential pages.  Owner Confidental.   Instructions for access were included with your January quarterly invoice.  Forms for posting units for sale or rent and managing banked weeks along with other business related pages and helpful owner information are now available using this password protected link. 
  • The owners annual meeting was held July 31, 7pm, at the Red Lion Yarrow Room, 11211 Main St., , Bellevue, Wash.  A letter, minutes of the meeting and the 2008-2009 budget have been mailed to all owners.  Copies of these documents can be accessed on the Owner Confidential section of this website.  Please note, dues beginning in October 2008 have been raised to meet increased operating costs.
  • The Reserve Study is in the final stage of review by a committee of the Board.  This group will be presenting plans on future maintenance and capital improvement projects. 
  • Be sure to check the Wash. State Ferry website for current information and ferry schedule.  http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/ferries/ Reservations are recommended.
  • On your next visit, bring your laptop and enjoy free WiFi access and a cup of coffee in the library lounge behind the office.
  • Remember to bring your old VCR or DVD's to help add to our free movie library.  Any donations will be appreciated by all.
