These are deeded 1/12 ownerships and entitle the owner to 4 weeks a year at Kala Point. The schedule shows
the dates each unit listed would be available. In addition to the
purchase costs, owners are responsible for three condo fees: a
modest annual property tax, quarterly Village dues and annual Kala
Point Association Fees. These vary depending on the size of the
unit and can be supplied by the owner.
